Valora, Cape Town CBD’s newest offering, is the brainchild of restaurateur and loyalty-specialist Mike Mouneimne, who has been instrumental in the longstanding success of the famous Café Caprice on Camps Bay’s strip.

A passionate foodie and people’s person, Mike has long wanted to open a restaurant which offers his friends and family good, home-cooked Mediterranean food which tastes like your mama made it, and doesn’t burn a hole in your wallet. Enter Valora. With assorted mezze to start, delicious, interesting salads for those with a smaller appetite, main meals such as the Gorgonzola and fresh Namibian dessert truffle risotto, Gastronomical Turkish spiced fillet, Beef ragout, Herb encrusted line fish, and desserts including the to-die-for chocolate fondant, you’d be crazy not to think of Valora for your next business meeting, date, dinner with friends or relaxed lunch over work break.

As if the meal choice wasn’t enough, Valora is also expert at putting together delicious cocktails for even the fussiest mixologists and connoisseurs. Using the best spirits and freshest ingredients, you can expect a masterpiece in every cocktail creation.

Valora is open for brunch, lunch, dinner and drinks from Monday to Saturday from 10am – 11pm and is located on CNR Loop and Hout Street, Cape Town.

To book, email mike@valora.co.za or call 021 426 1001.
